Chloe the Love Bug

I don't think a day goes by that I don't smile about my crazy love bug, Chloe. Isn't she the most perfect canine specimen you've ever seen? How could you resist her? Not only is she the prettiest puppy I know (in my humble opinion), but she's also the sweetest fluffy girl there ever was. I give thanks for Chloe the wonder girl! I would be terribly lost without her love and sloppy wet kisses.

Mindy & Tom's Room- The Before Pics

So, Mindy the mom, just recently got a steel on brand new bedroom furniture from one of those furniture auctions. It's brand new stuff that was used in a model home and she got the whole set- including mattress & boxspring- for $500! That's right, I said $500! This, of course, means she called in moi to help her accessorize over the Thanksgiving holiday. Gosh I love this stuff! It gets me all energized inside- this must be what I'm meant to do in life! Decorate! ...anyway, these are the before pics (very nice work, Mindy). I'll show you the after pics just as soon as the room is done (we're waiting for a few new Restoration Hardware lamps to show up)!

I love when you trust me enough to let me re-arrange your family room furniture...and when you wear the brown tie I picked out to perfectly match my brown satin dress.

Jen

My friend Jen got married in July. She had the most gorgeous wedding dress I've ever seen. So classy, elegant, and timeless just like her. I love that she didn't wear the standard "big princess" wedding dress.

Christmas Wish List

So, I already have a lot of things on my mental "wish list". I'm going to start posting them here in hopes that someone will take a hint and get one or ALL of them for me :)

Item #1- I desperately need a crystal lamp from Restoration Hardware. I don't really care which one. Table or floor size will do....

Must Have

This bed is absolutely gorgeous. The only problem (besides the fact that I don't have $1500 laying around to throw down on a new bed) is they only have King size beds left. I need a QUEEN. I live in San Francisco afterall. Can't those folks over at Restoration Hardware find a Queen somewhere in their inventory???

Copperplate

I'm taking Calligraphy classes in San Francisco every Tuesday night, but I didn't have the energy to go to class tonight. I think last week turned me off a little. I forgot my supplies and had to borrow the teacher's supplies and then I spilled my ink 3 times. Maybe I'm not cut out for this. I hate to admit it because I really want to be able to create beautiful letters. Oh, well.

Cake Buffett

What if you could save a tony of money on your wedding cake and do something that looked this good? Such a great idea!

Alaina and Mark

So last weekend, we ventured down to Bakersfield for my good friend Alaina's wedding. It was super fun to spend time with some of my favorite friends! However, I did have a little too much of Mark's wine at the wedding and got sick on the drive home! Bummer!

Crisp White Sheets

I think my mom needs these for her guest room bed! The sheets are a little tired and who could resist these??? They aren't even that expensive. At least for Williams-Sonoma Home standards.

Educated Guess

My boyfriend, Mark, is launching his own wine company and his first brand is called Educated Guess. He bottled his wine this past Tuesday, and I finally got to taste the final blend. It tastes fabulous! The packaging is almost as good as the wine inside! You must try it!

Okay, it's a black and white day. I love this pillow!

Wedding Season

Something must be in the water because 3 of my close friends are getting married within 4 weeks of eachother this summer! Crazy! The biggest problem is that this means I need 3 dresses! After searching the mall high and low, I finally decided to brouse the internet for something. I absolutely love this dress, and according to DHL, it's on its way to my front door! Fingers crossed that it will look fabulous on me!

Diaper Bag

I wish this wasn't a diaper bag! Can't they make these for people without babies!

The Bathroom

Mindy, my mom, recently remodeled one of her tired old bathrooms. I'm going home this weekend to help her with the finishing touches. How beautiful does it look already?!? Too bad I don't have a before photo...you'd be really impressed then!

Itsy Bitsy

When I become an itsy bitsy, teeny weeny, I will buy this polka dot bikini!

I swear it's all about espadrilles this year. These are one of my favorites.

Pine Cone Hill has the most adorable bedding. It's all about great colors and fabulous prints. Someday my home will be filled with this stuff!

For the time being, Chloe is my only love bug. Someday I'll also have one of these. Her name will be Vanilla Cupcake with Sprinkles on Top! I think it has a nice ring to it.

This is my love bug, Chloe. She is a Bernese Mountain Dog and she just turned 1 year old last week. Boy has it gone fast! Wish I could still hold her in my arms. Now she pulls me down the street with her 80 lb. force!!!
